You did not wake up thinking about Law 21.719.

You woke up thinking about selling. This page is for small companies in any sector, the ones with nobody in IT, running everything off a phone and one computer. We start with what the business needs today, and the state funds a good part of it, through calls that open and close over the year.

Book a call See what this is

What we do
Your website
light, with no hidden monthly charges
The system to run the business
orders, clients, stock
Counting what you already hold
national IDs, emails, stored passwords

The first hour is not charged, and we check which call is open before you get your hopes up.

Start with you

Which of these sounds like you?

If this is you
When people search for me on Google I am nowhere to be found.

We build the site. Light, quick to load on a phone with bad signal, carrying what somebody needs to find you and buy from you. No hidden monthly charges and no ten pages nobody will read.

If this is you
Orders go in a notebook and I hunt for receipts in WhatsApp.

We set up the system to carry that: orders, clients, stock, whatever your business actually uses. Connecting the one you already pay for properly counts too, if you are only using half of it.

If this is you
I supply a large company and they have started asking me for paperwork.

From 1 December 2026 that large company has to sign an agreement with you covering the data it hands you, and that agreement carries the right to audit you. That is where compliance stops being paperwork and becomes the condition for keeping the account.

If this is you
I hold data on my clients and my staff, and I have no idea how much.

We count it with our own program, running on your machine while we talk over video. Nothing of yours leaves it, you see the number at the same moment we do, and that first hour is not charged.

None of the four asks you to understand the law first. That conversation comes later, once we know what you actually have.

The money

It does not all have to come out of your pocket.

Sercotec, the Chilean state agency for small business, funds exactly this. Setting up a website, buying a system to run the business, paying for technical assistance: it is written into the rules of its funds in those words. That is not our reading of them.

It works through calls that open and close, with slots filled in order of application, and some require passing free courses before you can apply. Which is why you will not find a deadline written here: the one that was open when this page was built has already closed, and a stale date on a website is worse than none.

What we do is concrete. We check which call is open now, whether your company qualifies, and we prepare the application with the work you want done inside it. Then we do the work.

What we cannot answer yet
Whether the data diagnostic counts as technical assistance.

The website and the management system do qualify; that is in the published rules. On the diagnostic we are asking a Centro de Desarrollo de Negocios, the people who actually know which invoices get approved.

When we have the answer you get it, whichever way it goes. That beats selling you an application that gets rejected.

The usual question

"My data is in the system, not in files."

The files stay on your computer, the program counts them there, it returns a file holding quantities, and you decide whether to send it. Your files spreadsheets, email and backups The program runs on your machine and talks to nobody One file quantities only 12,480 RUTs, 47 keys You open it and only then decide whether to send it No data of yours travels along those arrows. All that crosses is counts. Illustrative figures. What your company holds is known once somebody counts it.
What it sees and what it does not

The system is theirs. The copy they downloaded is yours.

If you invoice through Defontana, Nubox, Bsale or any other cloud system, you are right: that data lives on the provider's server and our program does not go in there. It does not count it, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

What it does see is what came out of that system. The spreadsheet somebody exported to review the month's sales and left in Downloads. The staff list emailed as an attachment. The backup the accountant left on the desktop two years ago. That copy is as much yours in the eyes of the law as the original, and it is the one nobody remembers.

There is a second half worth saying now. The data you hand that provider stays your responsibility. The agreement with them is yours to hold, and it is one of the things your large client will ask about.

What the program looks at
The files on your company's computers. Nothing else.

It counts RUTs, emails, phone numbers, cards and passwords stored in plain text, and returns quantities, never the data itself. It does not read databases, does not enter third-party systems and does not touch access-control clocks.

How it works inside, with the technical detail and what it deliberately does not see.

What working this way is like

It is one person, and it stays the same one.

EscudoIA is run by Felipe Carvajal Brown, M.Sc. in Numerical Simulation in Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He wrote the program that counts the data, line by line, and he is the one on the call. There is no account executive and no team handing you along.

That carries an advantage and a limit, and both are true. The advantage is that you talk to the person doing the work. The limit is that he takes few companies at a time, so if the month is full, he will tell you so.

We talk about what the business needs and, if you want, count the data you are holding live. It is over video, with screen sharing, and nothing gets installed.
